El nuevo estandar de compartir comisiones en la Costa del Sol
The new standard for commission splits on the Costa del Sol

50% comisiÓn compartida

El colaborador tiene que cumplir, al menos, UNO de los siguientes criterios:

> Oficina abierto al público

> Agencia con título inmobiliario API, GIPE o certificación similar y tener seguro de RC. 

> Tener un mínimo de 50 propiedades listadas compartidas en una plataforma MLS reconocida. 

 

70% - 30 % ComisiÓn 

70% a favor de la agencia con la propiedad / 30% a favor de la agencia con el cliente comprador.  

El agente introductor tiene que tener:

> Un mínimo de 20 propiedades listadas compartidas en una plataforma MLS reconocida.


80% - 20% COMISIÓN

80% a favor de la agencia con la propiedad / 20% a favor de la agencia que tenga el cliente comprador.

> Para los casos que no cumplan con alguno de los otros requisitos.  


50% COMMISSION SPLIT

The collaborator needs to fulfill, at least, ONE of the following criteria:

> Visitable office

> Agency with real estate title API, GIPE or similar certification + CR insurance.

> Have a minimum of 50 own properties listed and shared on a recognized MLS plattform (resales online, inmobalia, inmovilla etc.).



70% – 30% COMMISSION SPLIT

70% in favour of the listing agency / 30% in favour of the agency with the buying client. 

 The collaborator must have:

 > A minimum of 20 own properties listed and shared on a recognized MLS plattform (resales online, inmobalia, inmovilla etc.)

80% – 20% COMMISSION SPLIT

80% in favour of the listing agency / 20% in favour of the agency with the buying client.

 > For the cases that do not fulfill the other criterias.
